they named the team of 20 today after training.
its sad to see 5 players not chosen into the team.
5 J2s.
lets not talk about the noob J1s first.
they've trained so hard along with the rest of the team
i don't know when they've started training for this season,
but i'm sure its around term 3 last year.
all the effort they've put into hockey seems to have gone to naught.
waking up early every saturday to train
leaving school at 8plus after training every few days
and not to mention the money they've spent on the equipment.
its really painful.
i don't know if they'll think this way.
but i know for sure
that no one likes the feeling of rejection.
when the 20 names were being announced,
everyone was quiet.
i've never heard this team so silent before.
no one cheered after their names were called (i think)
after we were dismissed,
i couldn't help but wonder
who would be the next batch of rejects?
i don't wanna know
